The Guardian, B+
Genres: Action/Adventure and Drama
MPAA Rating: PG-13 for intense sequences of action/peril, brief strong language and some sensuality.
The Guardian, directed by Andrew Davis who brought to you "Collateral Damage" in 2002. This movie is an excellent action drama. The story of this movie is very nice. Besides that, the director done very well in recue sequences. The overall acting is good especially Kevin Costner and Asthon Kutcher and that's the reason which make this movie very entertaining. Other than that, this movie content a realistic rescue swimmers and search or rescue operation, and realistic coastie life.
There are simularities between the story line of "Top Gun" and "The Guardian". The plot is quite slow and make this movie 2+hours long.
Overall: "Two thumbs up", "A great action drama"

Eragon
Eragon, B-
Genres: Drama, kids/Family, Science fiction/Fantasy and adaptation
MPAA Rating: PG for fantasy violence, intense battle sequences and some frightening images.

Eragon, directed by Stefan Fangmeier who brought to you "Galaxy Quest" an action comedy in 1999. This movie is based on the novel written by Christopher Paolini. Eragon is the first novel in Inheritance trilogy. In this movie, Edward Speleers(Eragon) done a great job in this movie, he is the first time actor. Besides that, this movie is entertaining and the scenes in this movie are breathtaking and beautiful. Other than that, the director done really well in the battle sequences especially the battle between Eragon and Durza.
The story of this movie is great of course, but it will give a great dissapointment to who are already read the novel. In this movie, the plots are going so fast that skipped most of the important parts. For those who didn't read the novel, maybe you would almost be lost as to what was happening.
Overall: "An entertaining trip.", "A breathtaking ride!".

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, C+
Genres:Suspense/Horror, Thriller, Remake and Sequel
MPAA Rating:R for strong horror violence/gore, language and some sexual content.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning, directed by Jonathan Liebesman who directed "Darkness falls" in 2003. This movie is produced by the hollywood best action director, Michael bay who produced "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" in 2003, and others. This movie once produced in 1974 and 1986 and now Michael Bay produced this movie again in 2003 and 2006. This movie content alot of bloody scenes, of course is the reason to make this movie perfect. The Leatherface (Andrew Bryniarski) is this movie is more brutal than the first one. The direction and the visual effects of this movie is nice than the first one. The acting is almost perfect.
The story line in this movie is nice but quite similar with the first one. After wathing this movie, my mind floated one question, Why some charaters talking or telling us stuff that we are already know?? For example, one character ask another, "Are You OK?" when the person under questioning is plainly knee deep in a bear trap? Besides that, the first movie in 2003 presented itself as a true story(Yeap it is a true story, but he is not using chainsaw but gun to kill people), but this movie is not presented as a true story.

Genres: Suspense/Horror and Sequel
Saw III too focus on gore more than the first two. The acting still have to improve.
Overall: "One of the best halloween film!", "Best horror film of the year!"
Genres: Suspense/Horror and Sequel
MPAA Rating: R for strong grisly violence and gore, sequences of terror and torture, nudity and language.
Suffering? You haven't seen anything yet. ---Jigsaw. Saw III, directed by Darren Lynn Bousman who brought you Saw II in 2005. He is the first time director when he make Saw II. Saw III is the best in Saw trilogy. In this movie, it content many bloody scene, so warning for the people who don't like to watch horror movie, "Please don't watch!" For people who like to watch horror movie, yeah "try this!". There is a twist in the end of the movie same as Saw, and Saw II. The story line in this movie is good. The visual effect also quite good, but acting....almost perfect. After watching Saw and Saw II, you might have many questions about the movie, hmm....Saw III will answer it all. Besides that, the way jigsaw was testing the people is more gross than other two movies.
Shawnee Smith and Tobin Bell star in this smart, bloody and gory horror film, "Saw III".
Saw III too focus on gore more than the first two. The acting still have to improve.
Overall: "One of the best halloween film!", "Best horror film of the year!"

Happy Feet
Happy Feet, A-
Genres: Action/Adventure, Kids/Family, Musical/Performing Arts and Animation
MPAA Rating: PG for some mild peril and rude humor.
Happy Feet, directed by George Miller, Judy Morris (II), and Warren Coleman. This animation will give you an enjoyable ride! The story line of this animation is simple and easy to understand, besides that it full of emotions and the music is wonderful. Visual effect is nice and the sceneries are breathtaking. The peguins are so so so cute!! This animation drives home the message about mankind's disastrous decisions that could or may destroy the pristine world of the penguins, seals, whales and other creatures that inhabit the southernmost continent on our planet.
This animation contained many sexual references. "Right from the beginning the song that Norma Jean (Mumble's mom)sang is semi-explicit. She sings "X" instead of "Sex" in one of Prince's old songs. Later on, there's a scene where Mumble and Gloria (one of Mumble's friends) are falling and they roll on each other in completely noticeable sexual position" - by Chiniaberry. Besides that, it not suitable for kids. Hmm....for kids movies, there is no need to have ethnic and sexual steoreotyping and a political message.
