Pathfinder

Pathfinder, D-
Genres: Action/Adventure and Remake
MPAA Rating: R for strong brutal violence throughout.

Pathfinder, directed by Marcus Nispel who brought you a horror movie "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" in 2003. In this movie, the director done well in all the battle/action sequences. The acting in this movie is quite "OK" for me.

Even though the movie content good battle/action sequences, but this movie lack of story telling and the plot of this movie was going too slow.

Overall: "Have a good battle/action sequences but not worth for two thumbs up.", "Not a good movie, wasting money for watch in cinema."

Blood Diamond

Blood Diamond, A-
Genres: Drama, Romance, Thriller and Crime/Gangster
MPAA Rating: R for strong violence and language.

Blood Diamond, directed by Edward Zwick who direct "The Last Samurai" in 2003. This movie is so touching and so well directed. This movie content alot of action and have glory violent visual effects. Other than that, the acting is owe some especially acting by Leonardo DiCaprio. Besides that the story line of this movie is great, it shows how the Africa is treated by the foreigners trying to retrieve the jeweleries for profit and this movie displays the harsh realities of life, war isn't a glorious thing.

Overall: "Brilliant/Outstanding, heart pounding action movie of the year!", "Another masterpiece by Edward Zwick!", "Best action movie in 2006."
